Very disappointing. About a year ago I was in town and I ate at the Anvil. What I had from there was amazing. The meat had the perfect level of smokiness to it, tender juicy I loved it. When I found out that I was coming back to Porterville with work first thing I thought about was returning to the Anvil. Went back tonight and got the tri-tip meal. After I got back to my hotel and opened the bag I was very disappointed at the portion size. I literally laughed out loud when I saw how little meat there was in there.
