If there were a way to give zero stars, Chaguitos would be the proud winner. The burrito I got was less of a burrito and more of a soggy paper towel experiment—absolutely drenched in grease, falling apart before I even had the chance to regret ordering it. Flavor? None. Texture? Think wet napkin wrapped around sadness. The two young guys working there must’ve thought, “Yeah, this looks fine to serve,” which is concerning on many levels. Maybe a career change is in order if this is the best they’re willing to put out. This place used to be decent, but now it’s all downhill—and fast. Save yourself the disappointment.

Place was clean. Food was reasonably priced. Quality of food was great! Only had a torta but it was delicious! It was a little early for lunch (11 am) but people were still going in and ordering a torta (why I decided to order an asada one) and I was pleasantly surprised! Will have to come back with some friends so they can try. Also FYI this place sells fresh mexican bread which smelled AMAZING. A true little hidden gem in Porterville of all places. Thank you!

Today, I stopped in and purchased 2 items from the bakery. The staff that assisted me was nice. Then, I walked down to the back and I ordered the chili verde burrito. I showed the nice staff the picture of the item that I saw online and she said it was the chili Verde burrito with pork. I asked what was inside of the burrito and she said Rice and pork. I made my order. I turned around and I asked how I can get the variety of toppings such as: salsa, cilantro, etc. She gave me a few of the small containers with top lids. My order was quickly finished. I was told to carry it straight. If it's tilted, the liquid will leak out of the container. I thanked everyone and left. Came home and was happy with the chili Verde burrito. It was huge and was smothered with hot chili verde on top. I enjoyed it and I am happy with my purchase. I give Chaguito's an A+. Great...

Service has fallen down to a zero IMO. Place was dirty, trash over flowing and salsa bar almost empty on everything. The young lady’s at the register were on their phone in-between me placing my order, and back on it as soon as order was placed. There is a lot of personal talk between employees in front of customers. Once the line was gone one of the young lady cashiers props herself up and sits on the counter top between the registers, where orders and drinks are placed! I don’t know if it’s under new management or sold but it’s not the same service and that makes all...
