My first-ever Google comments ever, only because the attitude of the owner was very bad. I brought my G-Shock watch for simple battery replacement. The technician replaced it, but could not set the time after tens of minutes. The owner looking over said "perhaps, you can set it yourself with manual." I was disappointed (for $25, I expected more), but I thanked them and walked away. Absolutely zero apology or "thank you" from the owner. As I attempted to set the time myself, I deduced that one of buttons was not functional. I went back and explained without any complaint. Again, absolutely zero apology. The technician reopened it, and realized he had done something wrong. He took a while, but finally the button responded, so I walked away thanking him and all, cordially. The owner's attitude was "your watch problem; we done nothing wrong." As I tried to set the time again, the time was still not settable. I walked into the store for the third-time, and NO apology from the owner, who kept saying "it is YOUR watch". Not even a simple "I am sorry, or regret..." I finally took it to other place, and nothing wrong with the watch; the technician/store were simply incapable. I have lived in USA for 40 years, and am very proud of being an Asian and respect fellow Asian Americans. But then, this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLong story, last year my cousin came to this jessica jewelry store. They can't speak English and they didnt have anyone to come help with translating. So what happen is, she wanted to bring her gold pendant to clean. But because she didn't understand/speak English, the lady took her pendant and gave her (my cousin) one of their smaller pendant. The next day, they took me there. I explained to the lady who took their pendant and she said that she already ship out the pendant. She took the bigger pendant that belong to my cousin and give them a smaller one. Also charge them $65 too, which I find it stupid because the one my cousin have, is way bigger and prettier. Just because they didn't know any English, the lady ripped her off and took my cousin pendant. I don't care if she's the owner of the store. She need to know that cheating others is not approicate especially those who don't speak English. We're all mad because she didn't want to give us back the pendant by making excuses! My cousin thought that the lady gave her the smaller pendant as a exchange for the moment. She didn't know that the lady was going to cheat her in that way!! Very disappointed!! I've heard many situation like this before and this is the first time I witnessed a owner/empolyee cheated customer because they don't speak English. Smh...
Read moreI am BEYOND stoked to have found this place! It was finally time to get my engagement set and wedding ring resized to smaller sizes. I took three rings in to Jessica Jewelers this afternoon around 3pm, and they were beautifully finished AND cleaned by 5pm for $75. That is INSANE. I took ONE ring to a well known jewelry boutique in NW a few months ago to be sized down and it was $125, took them nearly a month, AND they made it the wrong size 𤣠Never again. Jessica Jewelers is now my go to place. The people were so sweet and kind (I spaced it and didn't get their names), and it being inside Fubonn (one of my favorite places) is also a huge plus! Thank you again for your kindness and beautiful work! I'll definitely be back in very soon, and can't praise your...
