ADA! Stay away from this place! Never pay them to do you clothes. They will ruin your clothes! This was my favorite laundromat. I loved it. 2020, 2021, 2022, and beginning of 2023 it was great. Last night I go in. The ladies say get your stuff in by 7pm and you can finish it. So I load it all. Hit go. Pay for Ultra Wash on 8 and 6 load machines. Plus all the extra rinses. Ready to rock n roll. I notice that ones going to go past 8pm and mention this. She tells me she can give me my clothes wet and I can wash them someplace else if I want. But she cant refund my money and itd be to much trouble asking her manager for the 30 dollar refund. I watch her pull out the coin box with a key to re set it. I say no. Just leave it and Ill pay you to transfer the load and come back in the morning. She mentions quick was. I say no. I need my clothes clean. I paid double. Just let it run. I am about to have an anxiety attack at this point because I realize the girl looks under the influence of some substance. I was young once and give it my best to go the extra mile and be kind. As soon as I leave I watch her run over there and pull the box out and mess with the leaver. (manager run camera back to 7:15pm August 2nd 2023 to verify) I believe she switched it to quick wash or rinse anyway. This morning I come in and mention my suspicion (08/03/23 805hrs). The young brown haired kid tells me. No. Thatd never happen! How was everyone gone by 8pm then? Ya all should have been there at 8:15pm when I came back by from the super market. Store was closed. This morning at 8am my stuff was dry. Who knows how long they ran it. My shirts are all shrunk. I saved and saved to buy them. Im on a fixed income double majoring to be a paralegal/psychiatrist. I have depression I have been battling with anxiety. And you guys ruined over 500 to 1k dollars worth the clothes. Im really debating taking this to small claims court. Thanks a lot! I will never come back here! If you are disabled. Please do not go here. Youll be taken advantage of. Whoever these new youngsters are. Theyll look you in the eye and lie. No work ethic....
Read moreNot a Quick Place I accidentally showed up to an appt early. I had 1 hr and 10 min. I figured that was plenty of time to do a quick launder of 2 comforters I'd had in my car for a while to do just that. When I got to Spin Laundry, I couldn't find a soap dispenser. Turns out there isnt one. You have to ask for help. The lady is VERY SLOW and almost takes pride in holding that over people. I waited 10 min for her to start a man's dryer. Then, when it was finally my turn, she refused to help me until my laundry was in the machine insisting she must put the soap in. Then, I explained i was in a bit of a hurry, so she decided to take control of the knob on the machine and tried to explain, in detail, the available settings. I told her I just wanted a normal wash. So she decided to explain company policy on trying to make sure my clothes were the best possible clean. I told her I just wanted hot. She tried to go into why I should look at the more expensive settings. I didnt want that, or care, and I had to take over and grab the knob, put it to normal hot. And start my load. I just cant believe it took me a total of 15 min to get soap. 😡 Now I wont have dry blankets when I have to leave. Not happy. And the 1 tiny scoop of soap she gave me better be enough to take the dog pee stains out. She wouldnt even let me buy a second scoop, saying it would over soap the machine. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I DONT RECOMMEND if you're in a hurry or want to be treated with respect.
Do you see suds in this machine? (5...
Read moreWarning! I have to rant.. They are way more concerned with the "vibe" here than actual customer service. It's clean, it's hip, but that's it.. There is absolutely zero reason to not vend or sell quarters to your customers that will stay in house. None. Nobody else is worried about a coin shortage anymore near as I can tell, in fact a bank teller told me the other day they had plenty, "the merchants just need to come get them". Even if there was, they're just circulating in there, and that excuse is ludicrous. I also agree about the no folding issue. It's a very big place. Pre pandemic never once did I end up folding less than 6 feet from someone at the tables. Put circles on the floor and chill. Who wants to spend 10.00 and up a load, to have clothes that look like crumpled aluminum foil when you get home? We've got a dude sprawled out on the floor with his many personal effects and carts, charging a couple of devices under the folding table, while he does a load, (a policy I applaud!) but it's a health hazard for me to quickly fold my stuff? Please. But my super cool washer has summoned me by text to return and fetch my clothes now. I must return poste haste lest I offend some other ridiculous protocol and the minions throw my wet laundry out the door. I'll let you know if my rent check bounces because the robomachines sucked the life out of...
