As good as it may seem, the line in front of each and every branch of this store is not formed due to high demand. It’s simply caused by incredibly pure management of taking orders. The biggest problem is the deliveries though. The drivers get treated as if there is not a paying customer on the other end. In this particular place, the guy literally yelled at me and tried to send me away using phrases like “listen buddy” and “i don’t care” in front of other customers. You don’t need to be partnered with delivery platforms, if you don’t want people to pick the food up. You don’t need to work in customer related job, if you hate people. You don’t have to have a food cart if you hate cooking. Simple as that. Besides, they make the delivery drivers wait the full line and then hand them the food, even tho it was made half hour ago and could’ve already been delivered. The bowl was fresh and warm (they serve one kind in two sizes, but you can request certain ingredients be taken out). The size was about what you'd expect for only paying $6.50 (for the large size). It was a unique taste combination that I feel would be welcome on a warm or cold day. I would have given it 4 stars, but there was a quite tasteless and rude conversation being had by them. The fellow preparing the bowl was kind, but there was another man sitting down in the food truck that was very vulgar and angry about the subject with which he was conversing with the man helping me. I always get a vegan bowl, previously ordering very often but now hardly ever, specifically because of this issue: the owner personally told me to stop ordering it with extra avocado, because the vegan bowl automatically "includes extra avocado", per the description, but when I DO order extra avocado anyway, they a) don't add any extra, b) still charge me for the extra. When I order the vegan bowl as-is, it STILL never includes extra avocado, just has the same amount as my husband's regular bowl. This issue has happened literally every time over the last year+.
