Was looking to get my son a suit for prom after the good reviews. The lady that was helping us look was nice. After trying on a few jackets She asked Paula to measure him because she said they didn't have his size jacket in store and they would have to order it. Paula said "we only measure if they're buying from here, not online" with her nose turned up. Well duh genius, that's what we were trying to do. It wasn't our fault you didn't have his size in stock.
