I was so disappointed coming to this location!! Because the customer service was some of the worst in this area at any Metro PCS by T-Mobile stores. Not only was the representative not able to help me but was unwilling to even try to help me as the customer. It's very rare for me to write negative reviews but this was unacceptable for an employee of this business. This young man was a bad representation of Metro by T-Mobile and I will never visit this store again knowing that he works there. I was misled when I bought a SIM card that was purchased at this location, and I was then misled into how I was supposed to get a phone to go with that Sim card. These employees work on commission. I was completely misled when purchasing my new SIM card and then when I went into the store today to try to understand I was met with the most lackadaisical employee I've met in a long time. He Not only was nonchalant about any of my issues but had no what I need to try to help me. I was trying to spend money with your company but because of the incompetent ignorance and lack of attention to the customers in the store that your employee has given me I will not be spending any of my hard-earned money at this location anymore I hope this doesn't happen again because I truly like your company and I will be taking my business to another MetroPCS in the area where they have always treated me like a good customer instead of someone that was a problem and a nuisance. Their new employee did not do one part of his job duties completely (just a mistake), and after three days of waiting, the phone still did not work, so I asked for a refund.
Not only was the female manager rude, she didn't try to figure out WHY the phone didn't work, and she suggested calling the police - EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T BEHAVING BADLY OR SHOUTING! The other employee had to say to her "I'm not calling no cops on this lady."
