We switched to Virginia Novelty and have yet to have an issue. Alex is wonderful. He services our games weekly. He always makes sure everything is stocked and ready to go. The few times that we had a jam, all we had to do was call or text and we would get someone on location in the same business day. Our over all profits went up as well. Most of the arcade games we had were old and constantly breaking or out of order with our previous supplier. Now we have a larger and better selection of games with Virginia Novelty.
