It would be a lot better if there were shaded areas, places you can eat and the bathrooms were accessible. The rules are never followed, the hours are not completely accurate and the day we went a child my child's age left teeth marks on my child because he wanted to play with a toy my child was playing with. When we brought it to the attention of the parent whom was in a conversation with the front desk person, instead of kicking the child out he got a time out for a few minutes and then right back to playing and fighting over toys with other children. The rules posted say that particular behavior is not to be tolerated, but I guess not for all. I would recommend bringing something to sit on and an umbrella or something to cover you from the sun if you won't be joining in on the fun.
There aren't any vending machines and no outside food or drink is allowed (except water) so eat or drink before arriving.
Highly recommend a form of water shoes because being barefoot will cause for easy slips and falls.

Also when we walked in they said no outside food. For them to say that they should at least have some vending machines out there for the kids to at least snack on something while out there in the splash pad.
