They advertise that they rent out parts of their facility to the public during certain hours of the day. When we tried to rent from them for a group of children they were very hard to deal with. They hassled me about my insurance policy and tried to sell me a policy from one of their board members. They dealt with me for a month before we rented their extra room. In all that time they told me it was fine for us to rent it for 1.5 hours and then after we rented they told me that I underpaid because they have a two hour minimum. When I confronted them about it they said they were sorry and they just "forgot" that they had a two hour minimum policy. The whole time they treated me in such a way I felt discriminated against for trying to do business with them and not being a senior. If they didn't want to rent their facilities out to the public they shouldn't advertise that they do. They either don't know what they are doing or were trying to run us out.
