I really like Jitterz but won't go to this specific stand ever again. Last time I was here, I waited for about 20 minutes for the car in front of me and they were only handed 2 drinks. As I'm pulling up to the window the barista was talking to some guy about how the customer in front of me was mad they were taking so long. It took her about 5 minutes to make my one drink because she kept talking to whomever the guy was just standing around. After she finished making my drink it sat on the counter for almost a minute before a called out to the barista at the other window if I could get my drink and pay. No wonder the person in front of me was mad, I was quite irritated too spending 25 minutes to get one coffee. The girl wasn't friendly by any means either. I work for a large company and we enjoy a variety of drinks, this location does not have a working phone to pre-order, and when you pull up and have multiple drinks the girls are very annoyed very rude and there's never a time that something's not messed up. I have made a complaint in the past but nothing seems to get resolved there are many frustrated people because they're good drinks but the service is just not there I don't know who manages the place but things are always rudely said as well and that's horrible customer service it's very unfortunate.
