Mountain Paw Pet Supply — Local services in Post Falls

Made my first trip to this little store to find a quality dog food for my 3 elderly Chihuahuas and my 6 month old mini labradoodle. Although less brands than Petco I was still not sure what to select. The lady running the store made a few suggestions and then offered to give me samples of several to see what my dogs actually preferred. I wanted to end up with two or three so my dogs had some variety. She gave me a sample of all the ones that met my criteria and I spent three days testing them. I put three plates of different ones down to see which ones they went to first. It was fun to watch them all sniff each one and taste test and then finish off the ones they liked the best. There was one that was demolished within 10 minutes. From there I was able to pick two other runner ups. We've been getting food, supplements, and supplies for our three dogs from Mountain Paw for over two years and truly cannot recommend this business highly enough.

We always do a lot of research into clean, raw, and humanely sourced foods and supplements and like to rotate foods, proteins, and brands and are extremely selective about what we will feed. We know that we can trust Brandon and Emily's expertise when it comes to suggestions and with the products they choose to stock in their store (or that they will very kindly order for us.)

The store, while small, is beautifully laid out and organized. All employees have been helpful and friendly and visiting the store is always pleasant.

If it wasn't for Mountain Paw Pet Supply, my Labradoodle would be going through many veterinarian visits to see why he was sick on a daily bases. Buying what I thought was good food at a local grocery store was making our dog so sick that he was vomiting daily. When I saw Mountain Paw Pet Supply off of hwy 41, in Post Falls, I stopped in to check it out. A very kind man named Brandon asked if he could help. After telling him my story, he knew exactly what I needed. He gave me many samples to take home at no cost to me. He said, "Try these, see if he likes any of these and if he starts to feel better." Within two days, my Doodle was perky, playful, and no vomiting. Now, one month later, my Doodle is a happy, playful boy!!
