Update*** It appears I’m not the only one saying this here, I expected a response for the owner and never got one. So disappointed! Was initially excited to find out they moved closer to where we live. Now we won’t be going back. I’m changing to a 1 star mainly because it doesn’t seem like they have valued an opinion of what was once a happy and loyal customer. After driving to CDA this morning we found out the north spork moved to post falls. No biggie just an fyi. We got our usual, biscuits and gravy with and egg and hash browns on top. Was a little disappointed. After telling a friend this is the best biscuits and gravy anywhere, what we got was not that. Wasn’t terrible by any means, maybe average tho. Used to be a thick gravy with a ton of flavor. This was the e consistency of water and almost no flavor. Used to have a buttery taste. Now reminds me of a bulk canned average gravy. Was really bummed. Definitely not a $35 breakfast for two biscuits and gravy and a scramble. Now just more like an average food truck quality meal. I really hate to say this but that’s how all three of us felt.

New food truck on best! I tried the #4 sans gravy, the #5 and a side of bacon. The skillet was good, loved the mushrooms in it! The biscuits and gravy were very creamy with a little bit of tangy flavor in them. The bacon was cooked perfectly! It feels like a diner on wheels with a limited menu. Looking forward to trying their lunch selection! Very glad to have this new addition to the Best Ave food trucks!

Prolly the best breakfast I've had in 5 states...and it was from a food truck!! Huge portions. Delish flavor. Took a minute with how not busy it was but the lady was freindly... and there was shelter from the rain. I'd go back there next time I'm in Spokane. 🤤

I am a big foody, and I LOVE bisquits and gravy, i have searched everywhere in the area for the best bisquits and gravy, i head about these bisquits and gravy from a friend of my wifes. And let me say.... im blown away these bisquits and gravy are the hands down best in the area, and some of the best I've ever had. The gravy is rich and hearty, but not overly so, the bisquits crispy flaky, but also soft and chewy, they hold integrity under the gravy not getting soggy before you can finish them. If you love breakfast food. You NEED to go here, don't even think. Just go, thank me later.

Edit: after talking with my wife about our different plates, we are both still raving about the quality and skill that went into this food, its so well balanced it does not tax your taste buds and leave you needing to cleanse your palate, im blown away by the skill of the cook. And WE WILL be going back here, over, and over, and over again. Thank you North Spork for the...

We wanted to try a local place and saw this food truck on Google maps with good reviews. To our disappointment, it was not a good representation of our experience. The biscuits and gravy seemed to be made with an entire stick of butter, yet still lacking flavor. The eggs and hash browns had much to be desired, needing to add all sorts of salt, ketchup, and hot sauce to be decent. The bacon and pancakes were good, but that's about it. Oh and our orange juice was partially frozen..

2/5 and that's probably...
