Went to Pow’Waw Food Truck at Post Falls Pavilion Pavilion. So good!! Amazing fresh fry bread with really great sauces! We tried the Frybread Flight and they gave us an extra piece of plain frybread to try with just the sauces. The Chile Wojapi sauce with Frybread was so good 😋! The salmon had the perfect amount of smoked flavor, turkey was super tender, and the bison 🥳. It was all delicious 😋. So much more to try, and they're on Door Dash!

I ordered a combo of fry bread flight, salad, and one of their signature teas. I enjoyed 💯% of it! It was fresh, healthy, filling, and delicious. My only complaint is that the truck is not always open during listed business hours (this isn't the 1st time I've been to this Pavillion), but the owner was friendly and patient with my many questions. So I will return to this favorite truck of mine or try another when they're closed.

This food deserves way more attention! At first, I didn’t know what to expect since it’s so different from anything I’ve ever tried, but I’m so glad I went for it. The flavors were absolutely incredible and so well balanced. The braised bison was rich and tender, the cold-smoked salmon added an amazing smoky depth, and the fresh vegetables with their light, savory sauce tied everything together beautifully on the fry bread. It’s not like typical restaurant food — it’s better, fresher, and truly memorable. If you love trying new flavors, don’t hesitate — you’ll be so glad you did. I can’t wait to come back, and next time I’ll definitely order extra...

This food is a true treasure of our region, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of pre-Columbian times. Every dish they create is a masterpiece, blending history and flavor into something truly extraordinary. The flavors are bold, unique, and absolutely unforgettable. I can’t choose a favorite because each visit is an adventure—I try something new every time! Most recently, I chose a special, the elk sloppy Joe, which was a perfect balance of savory and tender, not too sweet. I also had in the maple frybread, a sweet delight that left me speechless. We’re incredibly lucky to have access to such a remarkable culinary experience right here in...

Can not rave enough about a place I already rave a ton about. I ordered lunch for my son's teachers as a thank you on his last day. Shane opened up early this morning and cooked tons of food even though he found out halfway through that HIS WIFE WAS IN LABOR!!! He told me he figured he'd have 20 minutes to spare so here's hoping he made it on time! The teachers all loved the food and I was so grateful for the help with giving them a well deserved and special lunch. Please go check Pow'Waw out once they are back from paternity leave. I promise it's worth the drive...
