As a newer player of MTG I went in and asked questions about the different command decks they had for sale. Not only were the employees welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly - the other customers/players in the store were willing to chat and offer their expertise. The play space was very large as well - I will be back to play some games and pick up some more cards!...

Discord ban was not communicated (no reason given) also weird to deny people the option to sell cards in your discord, you're a card store 👍 selling to the people who attend your locals/trading happens so often at most card stores, I just moved to the area and tried to link up and trade.
