I'm glad everyone else has had a wonderful experience here, but my boyfriend did not! He purchased a ring here for me, which was absolutely beautiful. The ring itself is beautiful and unique. The quality, on the other hand, is not. Within a few weeks, the ring was missing a diamond. No big deal, he got the coverage plan. He brought it back into the store and was told they could fix it and send it to me in a few weeks (I live in VA). They also offered a few suggestions, such as not sleeping or showering with the ring on. When I received the ring in the mail, it was packaged nice and safe. The ring was also cleaned, which I appreciated. The problem came when I got the ring back. After a few days, i noticed the ring was now missing 2 diamonds! When my bf went back to the store, the lady was not so nice. She made accusations that i was sleeping in my ring and not taking care of it. She acted annoyed. So round 2. A few weeks pass and i get the ring......very first time I wore it, I put it on my finger, checked the diamonds were all there, picked up my purse, got in my vehicle, drove to joanns, checked the diamonds, walked into joanns, and checked them again because now I'm stressing it......and AGAIN the ring was missing the same two diamonds! So, back to the store my BF goes. This time, the lady was just rude. Saying I was too hard on the ring and maybe something else would be better. She wanted to know what i did for a living. When my BF told her I followed all of their suggestions and I was retired, she huffed and puffed at my BF, asking how old I was as if she was offended and he was lying to her. Not that it's any of their business, but I had just turned 37, and yes, I am retired. I joined the Navy right out of high school. At 17 years, I was forced to retire medically. No, I was not being too hard on my ring. I was barely able to wear it! My BF also told her it was the same 2 diamonds, and she snarked that he couldn't possibly know that. Well, yes, I can, actually. When the ring was fixed the first time, the depth of the setting was slightly off from all the others. If you look at it from the side, you can tell. Attention to detail. She tried to justify her rudeness by saying she took care of him and fixed the ring each time, so he wasn't allowed to be upset. She also accused him of becoming a little aggressive because he stated how upset he was over the situation. Not every guy who looks like him is aggressive, but people love to use it as a crutch when they are in the wrong. I would've been much more aggressive over the treatment he received, let alone the ring. To top it off, when i received the ring back, the two diamonds they replaced were smaller and cloudy. Definitely not the same quality as the others. I should be able to wear my ring and not have to check it every 10 minutes because diamonds keep falling out! What's the point of the ring if i can't even wear it?! I sure hope no one else has to return multiple times! My ring has spent more time being repaired than it has on my finger. Now I only wear it when we are out on a date. If the diamonds go missing again, I will take it else where to have it fixed properly without judgment and...

I just had an amazing time at Murphy Jewelers in Pottsville PA! Even the owner Patrick came out to talk to me and he listened to my sentimental stories behind each piece of amazing jewelry I purchased at his store. Charlie, the jeweler has worked there 15 years and he cleaned my Tacori ring I bought there almost 4 years ago just 3 days after my Daddy went to Heaven and it looks brand new. Charlie even gave alittle hug to the amazing star 🌟 hearts on fire ring I purchased today on sale so that it fits perfectly to hold my Mothers ring in place. My Mother is with Dad in Heaven & I just know they are shining down in Love for I just felt it today all around me & in the hugs I was given by all the amazing workers at the store. It just felt like family which I have missed so very much. Eve took care of me right from the start and is such a bright light full of Life. I am excited to go back next Friday to pick up my criss cross ring that is being sized and it will be a powerful reminder to me never to doubt God for He has always been Faithful to me. Funny story i went to the Hamburg Murphys the lady asked if i was picking up or why i was there and said i needed batteries in my watches.She said their jeweler was very busy wouldnt have time for the watches and when she heard i lived in pottsville said i should have gone to that store She called pottsville and they said sure they would have time for me. So i got in my car did my other errands and headed to pottsville i was greeted at the door with a friendly face her name was Eve. (didnt get greeted at door in Hamburg also didnt know the ladys name that dealt with me) i met the jeweler that would be changing the watch batteries and the mgr both nice to me and even met another gentlemen that was very pleasant. I ended up purchasing an item that i liked in the estate case. Eve was so nice and showed her excellent customer service skills. I used to work in jewelry sales and watch repair so i would recommend Pottsville sure the parking isnt the best but wouldnt you rather be somewhere where you feel appreciated and...
