The food is usually great, but I just had a terrible delivery experience with this store. I waited 45 minutes from the estimated delivery time with no delivery, so I called the store and waited on hold for almost 15 minutes before they picked up.
When I explained that I still hadn’t received my delivery, they told me they had successfully delivered it. I asked for more detail and was told my food was handed off at my address to a man. As I don’t live with any men, I told them they must have delivered it to the wrong address.
They proceeded to fight with me for at least 10 minutes insisting they followed the instructions I provided and delivered it to me, and that they couldn’t remake my order and send it to the same address because it was already there. I pressed them for more details and the person on the phone asked the delivery driver to confirm details about my address, and when they couldn’t, they finally relented and said they would remake my order, but that I wouldn’t receive it for another 45 minutes. Not thinking, I agreed, and hung up.
After a few minutes I realized it would be almost 11pm until my food was delivered, and after working a 12 hour day myself I couldn’t wait that long. I called the store back and again it took about 8 minutes for them to answer. The same person answered, and when I told them I changed my mind and wanted to cancel, they told me they had already started making my food and could not cancel.
This person actually said “we’d be losing out twice, we can’t do that,” as if I were the one inconveniencing them by their driver handing my food off at the wrong address without confirming that man was the person who ordered it. I asked again to cancel the order and please refund me, and the person said “why didn’t you tell us that before? Why did you say you wanted it?” I said I realized I was too tired to wait that long, and they now told me that it wouldn’t actually be that long. At this point I just kept repeating “please cancel and refund me” until they agreed and hung up.
I work in customer service and I would be ashamed if I treated a customer this way. I don’t believe the customer is always right, but this was ridiculous. The driver could have called me if they couldn’t find my address, as other drivers have done in the past. They could have asked the man they delivered my food to for the name on the order. They could have accepted their mistake when I first politely notified them that I hadn’t received my order. And so on. So many opportunities to resolve this situation, and they missed all of them. I wasn’t even offered a discount code or anything for the inconvenience.
I like to think I’m a pretty understanding person and I cut people a lot of slack. If they were running behind and it was just taking a long time to get to me, I wouldn’t have made a peep. In fact, if they’d apologized for the wait I would have told them it was no problem. But the fact that they refused to acknowledge their mistake, blamed it on me, and then further implied I was the one inconveniencing them? That’s too much when I’m hangry. Read moreWorst experience I've had with any restaurant/fast food business. Ever. When we walked in to the building, there were three employees on duty, all of which ignored us. Since no one had spoken to us, we grabbed both of the highchairs and seated ourselves. We sat for a minute until I realized no one was going to come over and say anything, so I went up the counter. Behind the counter were two employees having a casual conversation, and still, ignoring me until I decided to ask if they had menus. Once they had given me their dirty, crinkled version of the menu, someone had come over to set our table with paper plates and plastic silver wear. Once we decided what we were going to order and chose our 20 oz bottles of soda (they don't offer fountain soda) the rude woman at the register said that their machine isn't working so they were only able to take cash and my options were to walk across the highway and buy something from the dollar store and get cash back, or not be able to pay for my food. Needless to say, I left. I would not have sat there and dealt with rude staffing in a dirty resteraunt if she had told me from the beginning. Unlike any other pizza but experience I have ever had. Read moreDISSAPOINTMENT! Great promotion on $2 pan pizza's on a Tuesday, HOWEVER... this store was not prepared for this deal. I placed order #71493178 at 3:21pm on July 15th, 2025 to be ready for 5pm. Upon arriving the parking lot and drive through was crazy backed up and only got worse. After waiting 25 minutes in line for the drive through, they proceeded to tell me my order wasn't ready. I stated I placed this order to be ready for 5pm. The lady at the window stated they ran out of personal pan pizza pans (this has happened to me before where I ordered medium round pizzas and got the square pizzas instead). I was told to wait in a parking spot until I was alerted my order was ready. At about 5:40pm I went inside and got my order. I brought this order to my car and opened up the one box and they gave me 4 quarter slices of what seemed to be a medium or large pizza. If I wanted a large pizza, I would of ordered that!
