We needed a few large posters printed out for an event with a very tight deadline and their team was not only able to meet the deadline/do a great job but they also went above and beyond with their customer service. Pick another printer. We dealt with 4 sales reps AND the Vice President, none of which seemed remotely competent. They kept changing the artwork WE gave them. Labels were printed incorrectly. It took 4 months to print 5 rolls of labels and when we finally received them, one of the labels was wound incorrectly. They may brag about printing for Petco but they do not offer the same level of service to new or smaller customers. Save your money & time. Go to L&L Printers...
