I called the company because I received the wrong wall mount from Amazon, and because I am over my 30 day return policy, they are unwilling to help me exchange the unit for the correct mount I purchased. After speaking to "Aria," who claimed he was a "Product Manager," he began telling me that Amazon doesn't have a contract with them directly, because their products are sold by a 3rd party company on their behalf. I offered to send in pictures and proof of purchase, and they STILL wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to another manager, and he sarcastically told me I should write to customer support and address it to the CEO, "Jake," who is "never going to read it." So, don't waste your time with their products....
