We always have a good experience here, especially with the men operating the train. But, one of the ticket staff was so rude. When we arrived, the office sign says "We are Open!" A simple explanation as to why the ticket office is close would be great. Instead, I was treated like a toddler who cant read, with the no hand signs, shooking head and glaring eyes. I am so baffled by the treatment we have received. I have to ask a gentleman whose part of the train operation as to why we cant buy tickets even though we made it on time and they have explained it very well as to why they have to stop the operation very early and we are so thankful. Really great spot to take family photos and beautiful are for proposal as well. 10 out 10 would recommend, it does get darker there now that the sun i setting earlier and if you are there trying to take photos I recommend getting there 2 hours prior to sunset the vegetation will cover the fun and provide plenty of spots to take your family...
