Uvas Winery — Restaurant in Poway

We arrived at 1pm on a Sunday when the winery should be opened but it was still closed so we went next door to the Hop Stop instead. We came back to Uvas an hour later and it was opened. There were about 3-4 other couples there enjoying the wines. Since we had wines already and it was a hot day, we opted for their sangria slushies instead.

The lady there was nice and let us taste a couple of the shushies first before ordering. I did enjoy my berry sangria slush. We found a nice high top table in the quiet back room to sit and enjoy our drinks.

We would return another time to try...
