Overall had a great experience and we love the countertops. There were some communication issues but the real impetus for posting the review was post installation. My son left a bag of ice on the new countertops. That ice melted for about 2 hours. The counters were installed so well, that not one drop fell on the floor or new cabinets. After two hours, the water had spread a total of 25 inches, but there was no flow given how level the counters were installed. High quality work was done and minus a few communication issues, was a great experience. UPDATED: We engaged Brazilian Stone for a vanity in our powder bath. They came at 8 pm to install the vanity - not ideal with young kids but fine. Installation was done and installers left. Two days later, we were installing the faucet and the front of the vanity fell off (see pictures). Luckily no one was hurt. Texted Anthony and he quickly committed to fixing the vanity. They came out and couldn’t repair the chips on site so they took the piece with them. They also committed to coming back the next day with the fixed piece. The next day comes and no one shows - midday I call and they said he’s on his way. Still no one shows. I call again and they say he’s on the schedule for the following day. Following day comes and no one shows. I gave them an hour leeway from the committed time and still nothing: no call, no text, no update. I call that afternoon and all I am told is that someone will bring the piece the next day, guaranteed. No concerns. Mind you, I have been paying a trim guy/painter to be present and fix the broken trim pieces each of these days as we needed the bathroom functional and presentable for a holiday event at our home. Similarly on day 3, they committed to someone coming and no one showed. On day 4, someone finally shows and does the install. I had alerted Brazilian Stone, namely Victor and Anthony that I was paying the painter to get the powder bath ready for an event and he sat around each day. Victor agreed to refund me $500 for the poor experience with the vanity. Ultimately, they kept saying they sent it but never did, even though I have it in writing that they would. Then I was told they spoke with their accountant and needed a few days to be able to send the money. They still never sent it. Now I can’t get a hold of them and they don’t return my phone calls or texts. Do I think they are capable of doing a good job…yes. However their lack of customer service and inability to take responsibility for a $500 obligation concerns me that they may be in a desperate financial situation and unable to warranty their product, or possibly do something unscrupulous within my home. I don’t believe it is unreasonable for a business to take responsibility for issues that will inevitably arise - however this company has shown that they want no responsibility and even once they commit to taking responsibility, there is no follow through.

I’ve remodeled over 16 properties in the last 2.5 years and have not had anyone treat me as unprofessionally as the team at Brazilian Stone. The initial sales experience was fantastic- the team was very responsive, they gave me samples, and I liked how the pricing was very transparent. As a remodeler who is branching out to work with clients, I truly believed we could start a partnership that would expand far past this initial installation. The team came out to measure the job very quickly and everything was wonderful until the installation date. The installation team was 4 hours late (said they’d arrive between 3-5 and showed up to my client’s house at 7). The timing wasn’t ideal, but I was trying to keep my client’s job on schedule and she was ok with them being there so late so that we could try to keep the project on track. The slab installation team damaged the trim work my crew had just installed, installed the countertop around the sink incorrectly- resulting in an unbalanced amount of countertop on the left/right hand side of the sink, cut the backsplash piece of tile too large and cut one piece of the countertop too short. When I tried to reach out to my contact to voice my concerns on install day I did not receive a response. My business partner had the owner’s number who assured us it would be resolved on Monday morning at 8:30 AM. At 10:00, I called my contact because no one had showed up to resolve the issues on site. It wasn’t until I called on my husband’s phone (a number that they hadn’t saved, that I was able to get an answer. They ended up coming and fixing everything, so it could have been an “alls well that ends well” situation, but they started hounding me for the final payment immediately after they made the corrections. I commented that I wished they would have been as responsive to my concerns on installation day as they were when they needed money, and my contact went into a tailspin of unprofessional text messages. I asked her to leave me alone and that I would get the check over to them the next day. I had client meetings go until 7:00 at night and she called me three times in a row and called me unprofessional because I wouldn’t give her my home address for her to come pick up payment until I was home. I never leave reviews because I’m a busy business owner and mom of two littles- but my experience with this company warrants a caution to anyone in the metro Atlanta area looking for countertops. Save yourself the headaches, the drama, and the stress and shop somewhere else. Highly unprofessional company, mediocre service and rookie mistakes. Pictures are of the initial install. I can screenshot text messages correspondence too to corroborate my experience if needed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Não use esta empresa! No usen esta compañía son de lo peores! They also go by Granitop Stones. They seemed really nice and went out of their way to let me see the countertops but it’s all a ruse! While installing they made a hole in my kitchen wall, dented my brand new countertops, and on top of all that look what I noticed! Instead of making sure the countertop fit correctly they simply wedged pieces of wood underneath! Not even enough to support the countertop. This is the worst company to use. I had read one review that mentioned they were bad but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Trust me when I say find another company. This one will only leave you problems! I fixed what they broke, I should’ve taken a photo but now I know!

I’ve remodeled over 16 properties in the last 2.5 years and have not had anyone treat me as unprofessionally as the team at Brazilian Stone.

The initial sales experience was fantastic- the team was very responsive, they gave me samples, and I liked how the pricing was very transparent. Save yourself! Our floating quartz vanity was installed by them and fell off a day later damaging the wall and trim in the process - luckily no major injuries that could have happened from this weight suddenly falling with a huge thud! Anthony said they’d come out the next day to fix it. After multiple days of not showing up and our bathroom left unusable and a risk for injury to our kids, they finally fixed it and acknowledged it was not done correctly. They agreed to compensate us for the damage to repair the walls, trim, and the paint so we could have it fixed but 1 month later and 20+ calls/texts reaching out, we are getting no response. Unfortunately, we will have to file a claim - so unnecessary given it’s documented in text that they have agreed to pay and the $ amount which will only increase the amount they owe in additional legal fees. Avoid working with Anthony, Victor, and Kirsten to save yourself the headache and...
