The Lovable Dogs Club Dog Daycare and Spa — Local services in Powder Springs

Mrs. Tay was super rude to my wife and caused emotional distress too our family!!

1st we missed our flight to Paris during the holidays and wanted our dog back home with us to spend Christmas with our family and she refused to give us our dog back until the 26th. Then demanded full payment without any accommodation and used the race card saying she wished Black people worked better together. My wife replied by saying- “ma’ am that isn’t relatable, we just wanted our dog to be with us”.

My children were outraged and distraught it was a nightmare the lack of care our dog received is also in question. I would never use Mrs. Tay’s services ever again! She is two blocks away from our home, and we now drive right past her to Macland Animal Hospital, where they have a fully multicultural staffed facility, groomer, boarding and wonderful animal care. Race has no bearing where I bring my dog for services, Woe to the family that uses...

We had to go out of town for a weekend and I called the owner and she completely put me at ease. I am a nervous pet owner as my puppies are relatively small, two of them being under five pounds and my older dog is extremely nervous and she doesn't believe she is a dog so playing with other dogs is not happening!

My youngest puppy, is a handful of naughtiness! From the moment he wakes up in the morning to the moment he goes to sleep he is in constant motion. Groomers and pet sitters struggle with him constantly. Did I mention he is also an escape artist so he needs constant supervision. Ms. Tay, the owner was able to keep up with him and she sent me pictures through the weekend.

When we picked up the babies they were fully groomed and they looked so happy! I plan to take them back for daycare. I highly recommend...

I absolutely love Shawnte and Lovable Dogs Club for a number of reasons:

1. They truly offer a one stop shop. I can have doggy sitting, overnight stay, and grooming which is great!!!

2. She was so flexible during the pandemic and was very accommodating a few times when I had to arrive or drop off late.

3. As a new dog mom she provided tips and guides to help me train my puppy.

4. They kept me updated with pics and texts when my puppy had to stay for several days. It was comforting to see her happy and getting the updates kept my mind at ease.
