This was our first visit to the clinic, and I was highly impressed! Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Nurse staff was very friendly as well and listened to our concerns intently. Dr. Vincent was very professional, yet very personable and pleasant. She listened to our issues, and immediately knew what to suggest for help. She spoke to my pre teen daughter directly when discussing treatment options, as she was the patient, so she’d understand everything and she explained things in a way she could understand. She also answered questions or concerns I had. I wish every dr visit could be this pleasant of an experience, as Dr. Vincent made us feel like family. I use to see Lynn Vincent in Madisonville but was sad when she had left. I found out where she went and followed her there. I then needed to make my husband an appointment and was able to get in quicker with Dr Beck, so he saw her instead.
