This place is a disgrace to Customer Service…the employees are rude and the apparel is in my opinion cheap. My biggest issue is that the return policy is NOT verbally mentioned when checking out and they don’t give a crap on how the customer feels. If you buy from there and the item is returned you can only exchange or get store credit. The gal that took my return never even spoke to me as I gave her my return, she simply took it and gave me a receipt. Once I got to my car I received a “text” (bc no one has personal skills anymore) informing me that I had “store credit”. I was a little bothered by that so I walked back in to discuss it, the one girl was still unable to vocalize anything however Josie was actually there and she informed me of the policy. I asked her where would I have seen that and she said oh it’s online and on your receipt. NEWS FLASH….that return policy online is for online purchases only, no where does it mentioned in store return policies. Ok ok yes it is on my receipt, clearly I didn’t see it in tiny, and faded print( replacing the ink cartridge might help us see that). End of the day I will never recommend this boutique to anyone. The shirt I purchased was over $50…a T-shirt at that has an iron on picture of Dolly. Not worth the money or worth the rude employees that work...
Read moreThe worst nail experience I've ever had!! I went on my birthday to treat myself. When walking into the salon, I was never greeted. Tram Lee is the only nail tech and my appointment was at 1pm. She was still with a client up until 2pm. She didn't greet me until she was almost finished. Once she started she was very friendly. But then a pedi appointment came in once she had my nail tips glued on and she told me she would be back. She started the pedicure, spent 15 minutes on that while I waited. My nail tips were all crooked and not glued on properly. They were all lifting off. I asked her to take them off because they looked terrible. She instead glued them back down and said "if i glue them on straight then the white lines will be crooked. When I file they will be straight". What? That makes no sense. So I let her finish hoping she knew what she was doing. But I should have walked out then. She even missed several spots where acrylic should have been. I pointed it out to her and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking her to fix it. $30 and 2 hours later I was pissed even more. All of my nails look terrinle. Read moreI cannot recommend this boutique enough! Although I have never been in person, the customer service was phenomenal when it came to an urgent matter with my package. I had paid for two day shipping, expecting one of their dresses to arrive for a wedding I had four days later. After not receiving the package a full day later, I reached out to them to see what the issue was (remember, I had paid A LOT extra for the expedited shipping). When the package was nowhere to be tracked, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress the day before the wedding!!! Texting me updates and everything along the way... Once I got the original package in the mail (a whole week late), they were more than happy to accommodate me where necessary. Thank you so much to the girls...
