I have a hard time sleeping so I sleep in a chair and i'm looking for the right chair. I went into this location with the intention of finding a chair I like and buying one. I sat in one chair for 10 minutes to see if it fit me right and they call the authorities saying i was trespassing. How exactly am I supposed to find the piece of furniture that is right for me if I can't sit in a chair for more than a minute? these associates should lose their job or be disciplined.the black lady actually tipped the chair and put me in the floor. I've had 5 knee surgeries and have a hard time walking. Is this how you treat disabled paying customers? Sorry people. I suggest going to get furniture ANYWHERE else! But took forever to fix my child’s broken bed and kept sending their unprofessional delivery people to my house one gives rapist vibes even after I confronted them … they ignored my request for a different delivery person. Read moreOne of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve had, the sales people are great and not to pushy like more mainstream stores, the management is also fantastic. I had a problem with my recliner but it was most likely a manufacturers issue but they were quick to respond and take care of that problem and as a customer I can say I won’t shop anywhere else for my furniture because I’ve had to wait months at other stores for something to get fixed and have finally found a store where if they make a mistake you don’t have to jump through hoops for your problem to be solved.
