W Outlet — Local services in Prattville

Interesting place to shop, yet the service and hospitality suck. The store clerk follows you around the store while you shop as if they think you are going to take something. I was really upset at how the cashier on 4/7/19 treated my son in regards to a bottle of knock off cologne. He purchased some items that he wanted but decided that he did not want the cologne so like many other people he just sat it on the shelf. Well once I got to the counter to purchase some items the store clerk had the nerve to ask him where the bottle of cologne was as If he actually took it. I was very disappointed by the service that we received and not to mention how hot the store was. You would at least think that they would try to make it a comfortable environment for shopping. I enjoyed the products but every time a bow was knocked down they'd have to pick it up while we were still searching and any move you made they'd be trying to stare you down to make sure they knew exactly what you were doing.
