I ordered through the app, arrived at the store to witness 3 workers goofing off with no customers. My order was shown as ready but had not even been stated until I walked in. Then, they tried to give me hard burned Italian herb and cheese bread while another customer walked in, order that bread and was told to choose another since it was burned and hard. I interrupted and asked if I may have the same courtesy to which he then switched my bread on my sandwich already half way made. 12 minutes after the app said my order was ready I finally walked out with my sandwiches. Will never purchase another sandwich from this location. I ordered my sandwich online so I could do express pick up as I have in the past. When I walked in the door no one even acknowledged that I was in the express pick up line and that I had ordered my sandwich 20 minutes ago. Then when I finally interrupted the cashier who is paying no attention and asked for my sandwich I did not get any such apology. My advice to the manager of this location .....hire some more mature people who understand manners and really do make the express pick up function after it’s very name. Make sure you order 24 hours ahead for a tray of 15 subs that were to be cut into smaller sandwiches, went in to order around 3:00 and was told I could not get them before 11:00 the next day, needed them around 8:00. That was around $140 that obviously they did not care about losing, only 1customer in there at the time, which was very nice and told us that Publix could possibly do them, whoever the lady was, Thank you for suggesting Publix which I called and they took the order with no problem.
