I have purchased furniture for over 50 years all in Texas but I was most impressed with the staff & especially Lori Arnette at Spiller Furniture Lori went out of her way to find two specific chairs I was looking for. In only one day she had them located & in two days had them sitting in my home. Now that’s serving our community!! I can’t say enough good things about Lori & her persistence to find exactly what I was looking for. Her communication skills are second to none & her people skills are the BEST! She even had one of her very capable & sweet co workers Tiffany call me to follow up!! Now that is true customer service! I was shopping for a recliner and wanted to take it home that day. We went to literally every other store in town that carried furniture. One told us that they would have to order it and it would take 6-8 weeks. Another lied to us and told us that we could take it home then as I was handing them my card they said that they would have to order it. I was so discouraged by the time we got to Spillers that I wouldn't even go in. IoI sent my findh in. Come out they had what we were looking for AND we could take it home that day. Great hidden gem with good furniture and super prices! Had another 26% deducted for their sale. The staff was extremely helpful as we had to purchase a COMFORTABLE recliner to fit in a certain space in our motorhome. They put a sold sign on the recliner until we got our motorhome in the parking lot after their delivery men were back at the store. The men took the chair apart, put it back together inside the motorhome, and tested it in the space. It all worked perfectly. They have a 91-year-old woman working there that helped us figure out that the chair needed to be inserted sideways instead of back/frontwards in order to fit. They...
