My order was perfect and Samantha was amazing. Her design help and fast response time made the ordering process smooth. The order came in half the time I would have expected. I ordered the same tumbler last year with another company. That order, which was less than half the number of tumblers took twice as long to receive and were done with vinyl stickers which are now falling off- even with hand washing. The engraved tumbler looks much better and will not fall off. I highly recommend Samantha at CrabTree Gifts and return for all my custom gift needs! Thank you Samantha!
