We are very fortunate, indeed, to have Harper Hardware in our remote area. I believe that Mr. Saenz, owner, is mostly responsible for it's success. He is consistently professional, experienced, and helpful. He is truly one of a kind when it comes to customer service. He recommends a labor pool when asked, is willing to run a tab during on going projects, orders products if needed, and always does it with a smile. There are enough employees to assist the customers; and some of the staff have been in service with Harper Hardware for many years. They are knowledgeable and polite. Ever since I moved to Presidio and I needed anything hardware related I would always be able to find it in Harpers inventory.

Not to mention the attentive wonderful staff (Everybody). When the staff members go above and beyond to help their customers it is indeed a blessing.
