⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Culinary Experience – Worth Every Mile! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was special. The ambience is warm and vibrant, with stunning artwork that sets the stage for a truly authentic dining experience. The menu is clean, easy to navigate, and promises flavors that deliver far beyond expectations. The meal began with fresh chips and salsa — and not just any salsa. This was the real deal: bold, authentic, and exploding with flavor. Each bite hinted at the culinary journey ahead. I ordered the Mexicano Plate, and every item was a masterpiece. The pork tamal was perfectly spiced, packing the heat I crave. The chile relleno was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love — you can taste the care in every bite. The ground beef taco? Outstanding. Seasoned to perfection and balanced with fresh toppings. I also tried the green chicken pozole, and this was where the meal became personal. The authentic, homemade taste instantly transported me back to my late mother’s kitchen — no shortcuts, no overpowering sodium, just honest, soul-warming goodness. And then came dessert. The churro cheesecake — made in-house — was nothing short of divine. Creamy, rich, and perfectly complemented by its churro crust, it’s the kind of dessert you dream about long after the last bite. Everything here is made from scratch, seasoned with tradition, and served with passion. This is not just food — it’s a love letter to authentic cooking. I would happily make the 4-hour drive just to dine here again. If you want a dining experience that nourishes the soul as much as it delights the palate, this place is it. Five stars all the way.

If you’re looking for a good Mexican food try this place. We had the Mexican plate. I was specially impressed with the chili relleno, the taco , and the ranchero soup. We also ordered a green chili burrito and it was excellent. The meat was tender spicy —very good!! The only reason I gave it a four for food was because enchilada was a little dry for me, but my partner thought he was great! The owner said they’ll be serving cold beer soon.

This place was surprisingly great!!! Family owned and operated. We drove in from Terlingua as we were looking for authentic Mexican food. We found it here! The albondigas soup was amazing!! We ordered asado which was full of flavor! The chips are homemade and the green salsa served is nice and spicy!! The establishment is clean and inviting!

Yes! My wife & I tried this to enjoy the local flavor. The burritos were just the right size for our small appetites, and very flavorful. Service was polite and fast. We will go back again. Another couple came in and ordered the plate lunches. They were larger with all the sides. The wait for food and service at the larger restaurant down the street was too long because it got busy with border...
