Designer Refind — Local services in Presque Isle

I got a nice dress here in the size I normally wear. When I got home to try it on it was slightly short. Since the dress was over thirty dollars, I decided to take it back for a size bigger. I went back to the store less than an hour later with the receipt, the dress with tags on it all in the same shopping bag. The women at the store informed me that it's policy not to do any returns or exchanges. In some cases I'd expect that but in this case the dress just barely left the store and is still brand new. Not sure why this would be a policy. Now im stuck with a dress I won't be wearing. Needless to say I wont be returning to this store again. It's not worth shopping somewhere that doesn't try to help someone, what I would think is the, "customer service" part...

I was excited for a new store, i purchased 2 sweaters for Christmas gifts and she liked one but not the other. I had the receipt and tags still on the sweater so i went to return it or exchange it because she didn't care for it.
