Graves' Shop N’ Save — Local services in Presque Isle

I’m pretty fond of this store. They have both Hannaford food items and Graves stuff as well, which is honestly a good combo for meeting all our grocery needs. Staff have been pleasant and helpful, and I’ve only had one expired item come up in the past few years and they were super helpful with it. I only took one star off because I do wish there was a cart area outside for my disabled family to have less of a trip when they shop on their own. Otherwise, it’s no trouble bringing them back in when I’m around. Overall, a lot of good food options and I’m happy to have found that they have Fresh Pet...

Out of town for a family graduation and went to get liqueur, the person at register mentioned that since we had a minor she can’t sell us which is fine and the manager was there who really had an attitude. She snatched the liqueur and was rude. She was freaking out. We went and got the liqueur from somewhere else and asked the same question… and they explained as long as nothing is suspicious or the minor is not touching the liqueur.

Being from out of town, we didn’t want to keep the minor in the car.

Anyways - I hope the management...

This is my favorite place to shop for groceries. Clean, bright, well stocked and well run - with a quick and friendly check out, always. :) I love their wide selection of local produce and the availability of organic foods. They also carry many Organic Valley products (milk, butter, cheeses, half & half) and that's nice to see, since our dairy farm in nearby Mapleton ships to Organic Valley. One of the few places that will still bring your groceries to the car...
