Patti's Action Auto Supply — Local services in Priest River

In my opinion there is no other place around quite like Patti's Action Auto. They have exceptional customer service. Today I had a water pump go out in my truck in Sandpoint. I live in Priest River and called to see if they had the parts and Josh answered. Not only did they have everything I need but Josh got everything put together. Water pump, thermostat, belt, coolant was all set aside and ready when I got there but that wasn't the half of it. When I told him what happened and I had to try and drive my truck from Sandpoint to Priest River he offered to deliver everything I needed with tools and help me replace it. Luckily I was able to get my truck home but this is the reason I shop there. Sometimes parts are a little more expensive but I would gladly pay a little extra for customer service like that. You won't get that from Napa, AutoZone or any other big corporate auto parts stores. It's not just Josh that has exceptional customer service but everyone I deal with does. Customer service at it's finest! I was warmly greeted and after I found out they didn't stock the sandbags I was looking for, the young gentleman asked his mother where to find them. She called and found the closest place. I was made to feel valued even though I wouldn't be purchasing from them that day. I live 20+ miles away but I assure you ANY parts I ever need will be purchased there. They have my loyalty for sure! Thank you Patti's...

Custom service as it was meant to be! I LOVE being able to shop local and family owned. So many mom N pop shops are being driven out by the takeover of big corporate. Patti's is still around because it's clear they care and are truly there to help. Need that "one part" nobody will have? Patti probably will!
