We used machine number 24 and I will include a picture. machine number 26 shows that it is out of order, but there is currently laundry going in it and all of the soapy water from that one washed up into number 24 that I was using. It shows a lack of character to put out of order instead of use by laundromat only, but to lie and say out of order is shady! When I talked to the people at the front desk here they stared at me like I had six heads. They then proceeded to tell me that all the machines flush through each other and are connected and that was perfectly normal to have soapy water from another washing machine and somebody else’s laundry washing through my cycle that it already finished . That load will now have to be washed again because it is full of soap! Furthermore my laundry is not clean and smells gross! It’s OK that I had issues, but I was extremely thrown off by the ladies complete lack of concern and arrogance of it’s not her laundry mat……. She may not be in charge of the laundry mat, but if she’s sharing space she needs to be aware that her attitude and actions can reflect poorly on the laundry mat sharing space with...

Ever since the new owners have taken over this place is a joke. I put $20 in the change machine (which I've done multiple times)and it didn't give me a single quarter!! But I put a dollar in and it gave me the change for that! I called the number on the bathroom door, which was the owners, and he told me, he wouldn't be around till lock up time and if its not stuck in there then there absolutely nothing he could do. He'd call me and let me know if he finds it. NEVER got a call back, thanks for ripping me off 20 dollars. I had witnesses to, but that didn't matter. Of course its the only place close so I keep coming back and every single time one machine or another rips me off. Today i had to switch washing machines 3 different times, because it either wouldn't properly start, or rinse off the clothes So there's another $4 down the drain. And of course there's no one here to talk to to get refunded. SCREW THIS PLACE. management...

I wish on Google reviews you could leave just half a star because of full star wouldn’t really give the proper review for this place.

I went a week ago to do my laundry. -To start it was very expensive. Especially comparing to any other alternative locations I’ve frequented like the ponderay laundromat, and sandpoint are way cheaper and reasonable. No staff was to be found. I had some money left on my card and i was baffled to find out you cannot get the money back. You have to use every penny on the card or it stays on that card and you have to come back to use it. -the staff [dry cleaners] i did find is apparently separate from the laundromat. Apparently the “dry cleaners” is a different thing. Even though the front of the building literally represents them. Weird. -it REAKS of cigarette smoke. Smells so disgusting in there.

Overall, i would not ever go to this...
