Edit: didn't see until just now years later but the owner replied to my review, incredulous that I could ever be talking about the staff at their business. Yes, it was most definitely your shop that gave me bad service. Not a great way to respond to criticism! Very rude. Never went back and never plan to, and I don't owe it to you to contact you directly rather than just giving a bad review, businesses that operate this way shouldn't have their criticisms on the hush hush, potential consumers deserve to know. I already got the bad service, you can't change a bad experience, no matter what you say.
Got way WAY overcharged for Valentine's Day bouquet and I will also note I was never told when I ordered them the day before the price. The staff was also not very friendly. When I called in the order the woman was downright rude, when I went to pick up the cashier was indifferent and didn't even so much as say "thank you" for my business after charging me $80 for a lackluster bouquet. We purchased The Citrus Kissed premium bouquet online which cost almost $120 with delivery charges and had it delivered to their home. When our relatives sent us a photo of the bouquet they received, we were very disappointed. The bouquet online didn’t look at all like the bouquet that our relatives received. Their delivered flowers weren’t nearly as full and colorful. The online photo showed approximately 17 roses and numerous carnations in the bouquet. The bouquet delivered revealed about 6 roses, less than half as many as in the photo and hardly any filler flowers to make the bouquet full and vibrant looking. We are very dissatisfied at the product that was received. We paid for the premium bouquet which was the most expensive of the choices for that bouquet and we believed our relatives would receive a product worthy of the price we paid. Read moreStems & Vines did our wedding flowers. They did a great job at the bouquets and wedding party flowers. However, they shorted our order of loose flowers for our centerpieces/head table. Our invoice listed a quantity of 12 for our table centerpieces of silver dollar eucalyptus and baby breath. And an additional 3 stems of loose silver dollar eucalyptus for our head table.
We received 8 stems of baby breath and 8 stems of eucalyptus. One stem of the eucalyptus was not silver dollar eucalyptus, so one of our tables did not match.
I tried calling them day of, but they insisted that they provided everything we ordered. They stated that we needed to break the eucalyptus stems apart to have enough - which we had already done to make enough for the 12 table centerpieces, which were small, thin vases.
The loose eucalyptus for the head table was not included. We ended up having to run to the store for fake flowers to decorate the head table. For the price we paid, I was...
