Crossroads Mall — Local services in Prosperity

PetSmart in the Crossroads Mall has less stock than other locations. It's disheartening to travel to Christiansburg, for example, to buy the preferred food and treats for our pets, particularly pets with food allergies. I understand the limited stock because the Beckley store is small and cramped. The interior of the store is not exceptionally clean, including the restrooms. The water bowls for the animals is a thoughtful touch, though. The limited stock, congested aisles, and unclean restrooms are the reasons why the Beckley store receives less than a stellar review. Despite being a smaller store, the management and associates should take pride in their store and strive to be better than the online competitors that is driving traditional retailers to close. The community benefits from the retail stores. That's my two cents... thanks...

Not the best mall. They don't have a food court. They have a few places you can eat while you're there but, I'm from Cleveland and I couldn't believe this was the mall. Not what I was use to. They do have a Sephora in JCPenney now and Steak Escape is great place to eat! They also have VS and a Hot Topics but, they keep closing more and more stores. I went in there the other day and the Mexican Restaurant is now closed, that's like the 3rd or 4th restaurant they've had there. Spoke with salesman Logan Plumley, I told him what I was interested in he actually come in on his day off called me early the next morning letting me know the car was available,I showed up the had the car pulled in warming up for my test drive he went over everything about the car when returning from my test drive he already had all the pricing for the car we went back and forth a couple times and agreed on a price he was very helpful,honest and straight to the point on everything I was very satisfied with my experience with this salesman and he will definitely have my business on my...
