Well during this trip to JCPenney I did not find anything that I wish to purchase I was with my daughter who decided to purchase a pair of pants and a top they were advertised for $39.99 regularly $74.99 casual separates we get to the register they ring it up both of them ringing up full price when we bring it to their attention that they were on a rack and they were the only thing on the rack that the price was not that that they had been reduced after 10 minutes of them running back and forth and pictures and reading the fine print they decided that the reduced price only applied to the top not the pants of the outfit I do not think we will be going back very disappointing that they do not...

I recently received an email notification on a clearance sale for Penny's. They advertised buy one get 2 free on towels. I ordered a towel but when my order came it was only one towel.
