I’ve seen a change in this location that is a 100% positive experience. Spending $15.00 for 3 tacos and a drink is outrageous. With that being said, in the past I spend that do to inflation to receive broke ass hard shell tacos that I need a spoon to eat. Today, couple days ago I ordered. Instead of having to go get my dine in food as I was accused to unlike ChickFla that brings you food, my order was brought to me based upon name. Confused looking at my order, the person that brought me my food said “ we broke the shell preparing your taco”. So as a replacement, you’ll not only receive that taco for free, you’ve received another taco. Years of dealing with this, a simple request that has been overlooked for so long… do you know that that level of customer service it brought to the table ? It cost you .50 cents.. Do you know what it brought ? I was back the next day, word of mouth in the raised Standard’s and word of mouth to others. Just something little that Corporations often overlook can be either a driving force or a downfall. Customer Service is what brings on success. Read moreRegular customer but not anymore. I usually come in 2 times a week and I buy for my coworkers so we spend 50.00- 100.00 each visit. This last time the manager wasn’t in and as soon as I walked in the girl told the line cooks I was there and they stared throwing pots around and saying oh f$&@ this and I told them it wasn’t as big as it normally is. Needless to say my food was cold had no cheese or extra meet that I paid for. I wasn’t about to complain and have them spit in my food (if they already hadn’t done it) We won’t be going back. They was also dead when I walked in. Only 1 person in the lobby and no one in drive thru. I’ve worked fast food I get it but if it wasn’t for the customers they wouldn’t have a job! Also every time I order the Nacho cheese Gordita they have to remake it because they never put the right shell in it and then I don’t get the extra meat and ranch that I pay for. Read moreNo one is working the front counter. When an employee passed by, we were told to use the kiosks. Five employees work, three are in the office/break room with a random guy in shorts and a non-taco bell shirt. The lobby, fountain drink machine, and tables are filthy. There’s no sense of urgency. The location is not busy. I’m questioning the cleanliness of the food preparing area. The photos don’t even show the extent of how gross it looks.
