Zales — Local services in Prosperity

I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band from Zales, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. They’ve always taken the time to answer my questions, explain product details, and walk me through warranty options so I could make confident decisions.

If zero stars was a choice that’s what I would leave! They have had my ring for over a month, 6 weeks to be exact. If first came back with the wrong color stone, now it’s getting beyond ridiculous. Nicole the manager didn’t even send an email to anyone until about 2 weeks after it had to get resent off. Which that email should have been sent in when we noticed the wrong stone was placed in it.

After my original post….. my ring finally came back. With a light yellow stone. My ring colors was brown white and blue. Now they are yellow white and blue. I am so upset. Oh and let’s not leave out they gave me a $50 gift card. I am so upset. This is my weeding ring. Not a simple ring. I plan to file...

I will never give this store my business again. Their customer service has declined drastically since hiring new people, the new girls working are very rude, have zero communication skills and struggle with treating their customers with respect. They tried to tell me my wedding ring did not have a warranty number when it absolutely did.
