Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in West Virginia

Short answer/ was here 2 hours and waited on twice. Long answer/ went in for the all you can eat wing deal on Wednesday understanding that times might be a little longer then usual due to busy times and everyone doing the all you can eat wings deal 2 people in my party got normal food and drinks me and another got the all you can eat wing deal have tried to come here every Wednesday 3 times now for a fun relaxing evening after work and to get a good deal on some good food but it was anything but that the passed 3 times very bad service and sub par food but nothing compares to this evening I don’t know if the plan is to wait you out until you run out of time and have to leave so that you don’t get satisfied or if the wait staff just doesn’t care 2 hours 1 refill wrong orders was brought and very poor attitude from our server was more focused on looking out the window and into the parking lot then helping us. Other tables around us came and went with the same amount of patrons and order's. Some people are out to scam and get a free meal and complain about things I had full intentions walking in having a good evening and leaving a good tip as I always do at other local restaurants but unfortunately I had to do something I find shameful and had to be a “Karen” and talk to a manager which he looked extremely busy and I didn’t want to bother him but when you work hard for your money and get treated like garbage I couldn’t let it slide therefore I asked to get some things on my receipt taken care of and in a blink of an eye the manager took my receipt and ran off not sure if he understood anything I was saying but was at that time the best service I had gotten all evening. It wasn’t until about 15 more minutes later that a waitress named Bree/Bri approached me and could see that something was wrong and wanted to hear what had happened so I went over the issues with her despite her being busy and tending to other patrons she made it a mission to try to salvage my terrible evening and retain me and my group as future customers she got all my issues taken care of and despite having a terrible terrible experience made me question my previous choice to never return if I do come back in the future it’s because of her I’m sure the place has good employees but needs to recognize the good ones and hire in the future based upon the customer service that the good ones posses and let them be trainers and mentors of current and...

Wow! I didn't think things could get any worse but they did. I haven't been to BWW for 6 months at least because of a bad experience, but I decided to give it another try. I was at Glen Jean when I placed my order, they said 15 to 20 minutes. Takes me 12 minutes to get from house to there so I waited a few then went. When I got there they did not even have my order on screen to be made. After looking, and searching for the order they decided, "nope" it wasn't there. So I gave my order AGAIN to the girl. She said about 12 minutes. So I sat there waiting. Well it was less then 12 minutes when I got the order and the manager did come out and we had a discussion. And no I didn't pay but let me tell you I was ready to. When I got home and started dishing out the food for everyone to eat it was all I could do to not drive back to the restaurant and give the food back. I live about 6 minutes from the restaurant, so that is not far. The food was OLD AND COLD. Yep! BAD! The wings, in my opinion when sending out in a go order should be wrapped in foil, as should the fries. So maybe they would stay warm. Lesson learned, maybe I will try a dine-in, NOT REALLY SURE ON THAT THOUGH but I will definitely not call in an order to carry...

Waited over 10 min for someone to seat us after listening to people all screaming in the kitchen. Our waitress you could tell was upset but she was great and we left her a 20 dollar tip. My boyfriend ordered the saucy chicken sandwich that says it is hand tossed in the sauce of choice, when he got it there was a drop of sauce and ranch and his fries were old and stale tasting. I ordered bone in spicy garlic wings that only had sauce on about 4 out of 15 wings and had to ask for more sauce to put on them myself. My step son and his gf both got boneless buffalo wings and his was overly cooked like most of my bone in wings. The hostess was hostile when she sat us to add after storming out of the kitchen. Honestly my first impression of my first time being here was not great at all and there's never any excuse to scream at each other or your employees the way this was going down in that kitchen. Whoever it was should be fired, you don't handle situations like that no matter what the issue because the entire restaurant heard it and there were multiple children present as well.
