Beware! You're Being Warned!

I bought the Campus Short Sleeve Tee for my girlfriend and the colors bleed all over the shirt.

The shirt looked awful when she lifted it out of the washing machine.

Not only did I have to deal with her Mother's Day being ruined, I am greatly insulted by the Victoria's Secret (2 Cross Roads Mall, Mount Hope, WV)​ manger when I asked to exchange the shirt for a new one.

We are I so lucky the tee shirt did not bleed all over the rest of our new clothes.

There'e More, what makes my blood boil is the manager at the Victoria's Secret​ Victoria's Secret Angels​ Victoria's Secret PINK​ store acted like it was my girlfriend's fault the shirt bleed (where I come from we know how to read washing labels).

The manager wouldn't give us a refund, exchange, or store credit.

This so called "manager" acted like the stains on the shirt was caused from my girlfriend wearing the shirt, but my girlfriend never wore the shirt, not even once.

We spend hundreds of dollars with Victoria's Secret every holiday, and we can't believe they would treat us in this manner.

Just imagine how they would treat you, or a new person frequenting their store.

I highly recommend you skip past Victoria's Secret located in the Cross Roads Mall,...

Nicole, the manager of the Beckley store is absolutely nasty. She is unprofessional, and treats paying customers like garbage. She actually pushed my things off the pay counter, and I had to call the corporate office on her for aggressive unprofessional behavior. Beckley used to have the best staff, what happened? And the manager of Sephora told me Nacole is awful to both customers & employees, I feel bad for those poor girls that have to deal with such a wretch of a person. When will the manager of this store be better? I work customer service and retail, and this is so wrong on so many levels. I'll return if yall get better management in Beckley, til then, no more VS for me, n my purse will be much happier Signed, a very irritated and disgusted...

I got what I went in to get. But there was one issue I didn't like at all was that an associate (worker) came and asked me did I need some help while I was browsing and I told her no I was just looking. Well she just stood there watching every move I made. She didn't go and ask anyone else if they needed help. Just stood where I was at looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and targeted as a shoplifter. I have the money to pay for everything I need to get and that's exactly what I did. I paid for what I had and left.
