We pulled into the outside lane because our truck is too big to turn into the inside lane. Immediately upon pulling up to the board, someone came on and said, “It’ll be just a minute.” So we waited. While sitting there, two cars went through the inside lane, ordered, and left no one ever came back to take our order we finally had to pull up to the window ourselves. When we asked why we had been waiting so long, the employee at the window had a terrible attitude, practically called us liars, and said they couldn’t see us on the camera. We then asked for a manager, but instead of making things right, the manager doubled down and gave us the same excuse, even though someone had spoken to us when we first pulled up. To top it off, when we finally got our food, they put tomatoes on the sandwich after we specifically asked for no tomatoes, and they didn’t even give us the drink we ordered. Horrible service from start to finish rude staff, no accountability, and no effort to correct their mistakes. One of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. This is the 4time we have been there due to their convenience however the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results! I live in prosser, I was so happy to hear we were getting a jack in the box in our town. I would have to drive all the way to sunnyside when I wanted a good burger. Unfortunately I had the worse experience I've ever had at a drive thru. I don't know who hires these young high school girls that are so rude?. Starting with ordering through the mic they do not let you finish talking when placing your order and then saying "IS THAT IT", "IS THAT IT".. and then when you pull up to pay, they don't even unknowledge you, take your method of payment and close the window! How about I wanted some secret sauce or something?.. ok so after the payment, they hand me the drinks with the lid half closed spills all over me and I ask her for some napkins.. she rolls her eyes , closes the window, tells her buddy she working with, they look at me and start to laugh?... ok.? I was not happy at all. I would rather drive 20 miles to sunnyside then getting treated like that. So...

Went to jack in the box to get breakfast this morning. I had ordered 2 of the meatloaves croissant combos with milk. No milk, settled for oh. Got to window and after paying got my receipt noticed she charged me for the meatloaves burrito combos. I told her this was not what I had ordered. She said it was. I Know what I order. She just argued with me. I told her I wanted to the croissants. After a couple of minutes of arguing with her I told her to just give me my money back. Don't think I'll go back.
