On April 3rd come to the store to pay my balance, they said me what I have to pay THIRTY THREE HUNDGED DOLLARS, not $2200, like was agreement... because they changed the Company Rules..... Store Manager was EXTREAMLY RUDE...When I said I want my $1800 back, they said what I have to pay $1800 more, purchased the ring for $3600, then bring it tomorrow to return it.......This is RIDICULAS, they are LIERS, and its not how supposed to do business. EVEN REGIONAL MANAGER NOT HELPED ME AT ALL. NEVER COME BACK TO THAT EZ AGAIN. WILL SHOP JEWELRY IN CASH AMERICA !!!!! TARRIBLE SERVICE, STORE IS DIRTY and STINKY.... NEVER WILL COME BACK STORE MANAGER is VERY RUDE
usually enjoy visiting different EZPawn locations, but today’s experience was disappointing. The store’s audio advertisement says that if you don’t like the price, offers are welcome, and I’ve always appreciated that most reps are willing to work with customers.
However, during my visit today, the blonde-haired rep who was assigned to help me by Jason had a very unprofessional attitude. While trying to communicate, I asked her to repeat herself a few times because it was hard to hear—either due to distance or the background music—and she rudely responded, “You must have hearing problems.” At that point, I told her to put everything back and that I no longer needed her help.
Jason was busy at the time, but I felt disappointed with the service. On top of that, the rep was wearing a hoodie and no name badge, which doesn’t represent the professional image EZPawn usually upholds. I hope management can address proper uniform standards and customer service etiquette...
Read moreWent here to buy a game controller for my son was told it wasn't tested and if it was messed up I had 6 months to bring it back. 3 weeks later I come back receipt in hand and was told the employee who is at home fighting Corona virus input the information wrong and I had to return in 10 days when she comes back to work(praying she survives) but the receipt meant nothing never will I waste time or money at this place. How can an employee mistake interfere with a receipt mind you the control still had all the store stickers in it. Definitely lost business with me but it's doesn't seem new with how you treat...
