While I haven't ordered anything from them (because why would I?) I have read multiple customer posts asking for support, heard of problems friends have seen themselves, and have seen a few Frontline builds myself.
Customer complaints include things like misaligned holes in aluminum bars, poor print quality, and lack of customer support. My favorite response to a complaint post in a group basically said "That part should have been in the scrap bin". That immediately red flags QC. The customer support complaint really seems to be the real HUGE issue with Frontline Foam. To the point where the workaround is to post the issue/complaint to large Nerfing groups and tag Frontline Foam or Derekk in order to get a response from someone on the team. If you have to call out the company online in order to get a response to your forgotten email, the company needs to change their process. If the company hasn't changed that process after years of being in service, then it REALLY needs to be addressed.
My most recent experience with seeing one of their parts in person was on Saturday Feb. 12. It was a Rainbow pistol with a wobbly, uncomfortable grip. I've never liked 3d printed grips on NIC blasters, but this one was a pain to hold even by block-of-wood-as-a-handle designs go that I've held before and having wobble on one of the most structurally important parts of a homemade?? While I have seen built blasters that look and feel like they should from them, there have also been things that really shouldn't have been sent out. And that really defines Frontline Foam to me; why order from them with their history of bad QC? Heck, even an FDL in one of their product shots isn't aligned properly lol! I added a green line that was perfectly flat to the rail so you can see it.
I won't shill builders in this review, but if you're looking for better quality makers, they are out there. If you don't know Nerf stuff that well: keep looking around. Ask in a group for other options because Frontline Foam has a history of not delivering and then not replying back until publicly roasted. Just look at the reviews here for an idea of what you could expect.
Edit: "A lot of those instances you mentioned were actually quite old." Last one I can easily find in one group is Dec. 2021. Not that old.

Read more!!!!!!!!!!!!Complete Red flag warning do not order from Frontline foam, they held my money hostage for 6 weeks refusing to print my talon claw(they weren't even printing it in the proper colors and weren't following Captain slugs build guide), refuse to refund my money they gave store credit and then refuse to print my foam knight and grass snake, for 3 weeks and they still won't give my money back do not order from this company they are the worst!!!!!!!! Frontline Foam Huge red flag!!!!!!!!! Edit!!!! I was able to get approval from the marketing head, and they were able to pull some strings to make a refund possible. Read moreUPDATE: I ran into a small problem with a part of the gun right after receiving it. I contacted Derrikk and the Frontline Foam team and they responded within a day. They immediately started production of a replacement part. Received the part yesterday along with their video assembly instructions and, within about 15 minutes, had the gun repaired and operating like new. Great customer support with these guys. Will be buying from them again. Thanks Derrikk et al.
ORIGINAL POST: Orders a Bradley Phillips Caliburn setup as a gift. Even with the holiday rush FF got it to us 2 days ahead of Christmas.
