Theft by deception is all you will receive if you bowl at this establishment! My 7 year old niece wanted nothing more than fun day of bowling with her friends for her birthday. One of her favorite memories with her father was a bowling trip! Speaking with a staff member we were scheduled and given a price for the Birthday party, $200 for 10-20 people with 2 lanes. We could bring our own food as long as it was pizza or sub sandwiches with cake and decor, we would have to purchase all drinks at Bowlero. The credit card machine was down and it was paid in cash. The day before the party the employee notified us she was fired and the party was canceled as she was the "party planner/hostess"! In disbelief and no desire to disappoint my niece on her first birthday after her father passed away I called and spoke to the ProShop Manager / Night Manager, after explaining the situation he ran my credit card for $42 for a 2pm party for six girls and the lanes. He was very apologetic and confirmed the pizza/cake/balloons and party favors could be brought into the establishment and assured me the situation would be made right as the employee who took the $200 was no longer employed there. Upon arrival for the party the owner Michelle was beyond disrespectful to both of my sisters, given my disability I sat off to the side as I am too week to stand, the owner denied the pizza entrance and made it clear we were "lucky" to be allowed the cake/presents/balloons. The lanes were not available until 2:24pm and the owner was beyond rude. She acted as though we were in the wrong and made a point we would not be breaking her rules! We will travel to Colorado Springs before ever bowling in this establishment again. $242 plus the cost of the wasted pizza was nothing compared to the heartbreak my niece experienced as her mother was belittled and berated by the owner! Read moreI am a neighbor of the Pinellas'. I have made such a horrible horrible mistake judging this wonderful family. Instead of listening to my neighbors, I should have simply walked over and introduced myself and my son and offered a hand in friendship.
Instead of giving this great family a fair chance like they deserve, I made the big mistake of believing the lies that the Pinellas' neighbors were telling me. They pulled me in and told me so many bad things about this family! I foolishly believed them at the time.
I later discovered that it is the neighbors who are spying on the Pinellas'! Not the other way around! In fact, the Pinellas' neighbors are spying in illegal ways that I won't discuss here.
The bowling alley is fantastic! This family is the most FESTIVE on the whole block! Showing us all these awesome fireworks shows ever year. It really is amazing! My son & I enjoy watching every year.
If there's any way that I can help repair anything I've said or done, please tell me, and I will. I don't expect your forgiveness. I feel so stupid for listening to your neighbors instead of finding out the truth MYSELF!
I'm so sorry Pinellas'! I'm sorry Ms. Pinellas. I apologize for our words. Totally my fault. I'm sorry Mr. Pinellas for believing your neighbors without even knowing you. I feel ashamed. Can I help you in any way? Again, I'm so sorry. I would be happy to write the judge a letter.
I have a fairly popular YouTube Channel Mr. Pinellas. Close to 2.5 million views. I'm going to let everyone on my channel know how great your alley is. You WILL receive thousands of views. My small way of...
Read moreTonight was my first time here. After getting down the stairs...I was lost. This place is a trip and a half. I made a few laps, and still wasn't sure; I thought about doubling back to the entrance in case I went in the wrong door, but the stairs were on a break, I think. Couldn't find them anywhere. Right there, as I began wondering just what the heck was up, it clicked and I was able to get my bearings: that was not a wall of mirrors on the far wall. Those were more lanes with more people having a good time. Maaaan! I felt like Guy Pearce's character in Memento for, well, an indeterminate amount of time. It wasn't more than a couple minutes, for sure. It is just that the layout is like what you'd find in some dream, dreamt years ago, but so vivid. Lucid, in the details...so uncharacteristic of what most experience with dreams, which is what makes it so haunting. Of course, the subject matter of the dream is usually indescribable with extreme intensity of one kind or another. Or whatever. That was -all of it- a compliment, by the way. As for the staff, they were nothing less than consummate professionals without the stuffiness. Everyone was helpful, informative, and smiling. In fact the vibe was felt from employee and patron alike. People go bowling here because they know, from the moment you make your descent via the stairs(that came from a game show), you are going to get what you came for: good, clean fun that you can take the kids to, or roll in with the fellas or gals and relax. At six feet, and wearing a mask, of...
