Ingle Supply Company — Local services in Pueblo

If you want the cheapest China built part imaginable, don't go here, because that's not what you're going to find on their shelves.

The staff here are the same staff, exactly, that were working here when I moved to Pueblo 25 years ago, and that's a good thing, because they are extremely knowledgeable and always know exactly how to get you the right part.

What you GET in terms of replacement parts at Ingle supply is generally the best, high quality parts available. That might be a USA made part OR it may be a US spec'd China built part, but it WILL be from a reputable, trusted company. None of these funky chinese named companies that spec out their own knock offs of higher grade parts.

Sometimes you just CAN'T get a part as good as the old one, but what you will get with these guys is something pretty close and absolutely as good as you are likely to find anywhere, if you are looking for a motor or other type of appliance replacement part.

I fix appliances, occasionally, as part of my professional handyman business and unless I absolutely have to, I take my business to Ingle every time so I know I won't have a come back...

To everyone upset about the rude guy at the counter and in the phone, at first I thought the same thing when I called but after meeting the man it is quite clear he is highly intelligent and has problems getting down to the layman's level. He does however know his stuff and saved me significant money but selling me the right parts instead of the parts I was going to buy. At least we have a place to get these parts here in...

Poor customer service. I called and the man was rude to me. My husband tried to brush it off until he went in and the guy was rude to him as well. Wouldn’t sell him the part, then just tossed the paper with model number back at him. Wanted to shop local. Will be ordering online and avoiding this place. I’m willing to bet most of the good reviews on here are family as one person on here...
