We have been here a few times we tried to have a party here one year and we were over charged. Another time we were here there was kids climbing all over the games with their skates on and acting crazy. My kids really wanted to come skate tonight so I figured we would try one more time but no theybare charging $8.50 for me to sit at a table and watch my kids skate. The food is not good here so I never eat here so I don't know why we have to be charged to sit at a table or stand and watch my kids skate it's a joke and we will not be coming back ever again. I like to support the businesses I live by but not when they are trying to rip people off. Their business is not good so I know that's why they are charging people to sit now but that's going to make people not want to do business here anymore. It will hurt them in...

We had my daughter’s birthday party here this weekend. The staff are amazing, the over all environment was great, however due to the price we won’t be doing another party here. It wouldn’t have been so bad but they charge parents to come in and watch their kid. We had 15 guest included in our package but after that it was $12 a person. Since the kids are all younger they all had parents with them which surpassed the 15 guests rather quick. I understand turning a profit but for how expensive everything else (arcade games, pizza, drinks, etc.) is in there couldn’t you charge parents like $2-3? Instead of $8-12 just to sit and watch? All in all we spent about $400+ for her party which I thought was a little steep. Maybe we will try again when she’s older and the parents don’t have...

Terrific, friendly customer service. CLEAN throughout, great atmosphere looks like new beautiful carpet. SAFE! Actual wood not concrete for the skating rink. I have been skating here for over 4O years. I was a student at Haaff in the 80's. I had my childhood B-Day parties there. I visited this Friday around 3pm and I am so impressed with how well it's being taken care. Even the bathroom was maintained & clean. So glad my kids skate here even though we live in Lafayette. The Westminster/ Broomfield location is in terrible condition/a fire hazard. The owner in Pueblo should take it over. Thank you for caring Pueblo owner, management and staff.
