Side note before I dive in just to make the experience that much more unpleasant: Prepare for homeless shopping cart people always hanging outside asking for money constantly and consistently. It's always uncomfortable and some are nicer than others. However to cement my not going back there after I told a guy today I didn't have any change he told me to check my car. That's as rude as this restaurant is and of course couldn't care less about their customers being harassed. I liked the location of this restaurant (sans beggars) so despite pretty meh food I've really tried to like it. By far the location is the only thing going for them. I knew better than to go for the buffet so I absolutely believe the poor experiences people have had and shared. They aren't busy enough to have fresh food so if you're wanting to try it I suggest going close to when their lunch and dinner starts. They sure don't care about their customers so don't count on quality. I've been there a few times and it's never seemed like they care about their customers. They hang up on you after being inattentive and extremely short on the phone. They never say thank you. I called in my order and went out to a low tire so I aired it up first to be safe. When I got there I was given attitude that they tried to call me. I'm absolutely certain that they didn't which is why it would be beneficial to them to not be so short and actually get customer information. She said she had to remake something because it took me so long to get there. I didn't understand the attitude, it wasn't an unreasonable amount of time and I didn't care or ask for it to be remade. It got more unpleasant than that too. After taking my money of course she really did try to fat shame me by telling me "big order." I don't even know where to begin on how messed up that is. It was a $15 order for my husband and myself consisting of 1 order of fried rice, veggie egg rolls, and cheese won tons. I'd like to know how that's a big order and why a supposed business would ever be dumb enough to say that. Especially running a BUFFET are you serious?! So needless to say I won't be going back there. Since they don't want my business I have no issue taking it somewhere that actually appreciates it. ...

Sorry but right off the get go this place gets zero. Visited around 6.15 PM Dec 13 2018. Wife and I decided to try this place because a co worker said it was good....Wrong...my wife and I seated ourselves got or food and drinks self serve.After sitting down and going through warm food not hot I decided once more I will try something different. Some food dishes were empty and some picked over a lot. Sat back down to enjoy second luke warm plate and wife points out a small roach next to her on wall. Well that did it.I almost lost my composure. I looked at her and took picture cause I know some people wouldn't believe me.Picture is worth thousand words. I immediately told the wife we are through and got up and went to cashier. Young lady asked if meal was ok and I said no .A roach was on the wall next to us.I showed her the picture and she went into showing me exterminator paperwork and said roaches come in off food truck.So that made me think if you tell me roaches come off food truck then the food and the truck has roach issues along with restaurant knowingly using roache uped food. Lady knocked a few dollars of meal and guess what? I wont go back if it was the last place to eat. You know you have roach problems close and clean the place and guarentee it wont be an issue.The carpet was dirty. EAT AT YOUR...

Food: the freshly cooked rice had hard pieces. The rest of the food was bland. Everything gave us food poisoning including my one year old son.

Service: There was maybe 5 seconds while speaking to the lady to pay ahead. Oh and they charged us more than signed on the receipt (a whole $10 more) oh and for some reason the price on the receipt was $10 more than the advertised price.

Atmosphere: One of the employees or owners sons who was messing with the water fountain sprayed soda all over my husband. This same child rammed into my ankles with his razor scooter as we were leaving. Their daughters were also running around screaming. Which I do understand being kids but come on.... Also place and dishes were pretty dirty.

We would have just left if we knew this was what our experience would have been like. The whole time we tried to stay positive and make the best out of it. We honestly was gonna let it all go and take it as a bad experience and wasn't gonna come back. But these people quote literally stole from us when they charged more than the amount we signed for at purchase (which we paid before our meal).
